This review is specific to COVID-19 precautions for prescription services. Walgreens' drive up prescription service is an excellent option for those practicing social distancing. Although the transaction is completed via a drive up window, the pharmacy staff is personable and just as available for questions and counseling as if it were a counter transaction. The Pharmacy Technicians at the drive up window are courteous and efficient. Transferring prescriptions via the Walgreens digital app seems more time consuming than calling to have a prescription transferred, but once the app setup is complete, refilling prescriptions is a breeze. If you do not use a pharmacy that delivers prescriptions, Walgreens pharmacy is highly recommended.
