Silver Linings Playbook

The movie is a charming rom-com which also provides a primer on bi-polar disorder. It touches upon the challenges of living with mental health illness, and I must admit, it helped me connect a few dots with friends and family members in my own life, renewing my commitment to compassion over judgement. The movie is at times excruciating to watch, funny, familiar, and entertaining due to the outstanding cast talent. I would definitely recommend watching the movie, giving it a 4 out 5.
